PixCera
The PixCera machine is designed to work low production cost and provide high-resolution solution. Based on the principle of Photopolymerisation, the PixCera creates three dimensional models of plastic material - wax, metal casting enabled a quick and easy without fallout and soil quality is very high due a patented Spatial Light Modulation (SLM), which makes models more accuracy for the delicate parts of the printed object.
The PixCera machine can easily connect directly to your computer or workstation which will be integrated into the network, the PixCera machine almost doesn’t have moving parts what creates the current easy maintenance and reliability for years. The PixCera machine have embedded computer that allows the system to work independently, can also monitor the network remotely from any computer with communications software from PixCera Software Suite. You can import all STL format easily using PixCera Software Suite.
Area of work: 60X45X100 mm Quality production by layer: 25-50 microns. Production speed: 3-7 mm per minute. Projector resolution: 1400 x 1050 pixels.
EnvisionTEC Aureus
The Aureus machine is designed to work low production cost and provide high-resolution solution. Based on the principle of Photopolymerisation, the Aureus system generates three dimensional models strong plastic material that fits casting silicone rubber or plastic material - wax, metal casting enabled a quick and easy with no fallout soil quality

Perfactory® Desktop Digital Shell Printer
Desktop Digital Shell Printer (DDSP)
The DDSP System is a low cost, easy maintenance and user friendly decentralised Rapid Manufactoring System for Hearing Aid applications. Using state of the art Digital Light Processing (DLP®) technology from Texas Instruments®, the DDSP System can produce up to 13-15 shells/ earmolds in 2-3 hours per batch or production cycle. The DDSP System can use a variety of materials from transparent: clear, blue and red to skin colors: pink, beige, tan and mocca.
System Data Handling
Utilizing a built in Ethernet interface, the DDSP System can connect directly to a PC workstation or can be integrated in a network. The DDSP System has an embedded PC, which allows the system to work independently from the pre-processing workstation. The DDSP System can be remotely monitored from any computer on the network using the communication software integrated in the DDSP Software Suite. Any STL data format can be converted easily using the DDSP Software Suite and then imported to the DDSP System to be built.

The "ULTRA"
May 6, 2009 - Ferndale, MI - Designed to outperform existing 3-dimensional printing products in Build speed, surface quality, and material choices, the ULTRA will be unveiled at RAPID 2009 in Schaumburg, Illinois on MAY 12, 2009.
Based on its proven based Digital light projection technology, the ULTRA will raise the bar in Performance for 3 Dimensional desktop printers. The larger build envelope at 10" x 7.5" x 8" will make it very attractive at the price point offered for mechanical designers with limited budgets.
- X & Y resolution 80 microns with ERM module(0.0032 in)
- Z-resolution adjustable from to 20 to 100 microns (0.0007 to 0.004 in)
- uild speed 0.5 in/hr (12.7 mm) at 100 microns Voxel depth for the full build envelope
- Wide material choice, from ABS- and polypropylene-like to wax-based materials for investment casting
- Extremely smooth surface finishes
- Office-friendly, low power requirements and plug and play operation
- Built with proven high-reliability DLP technology
PerfactoryXede® and PerfactoryXtreme®
The PerfactoryXede® and PerfactoryXtreme® three dimensional Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing systems allow for the production of exceptionally large 3D parts at fast build speeds without sacrificing surface quality and part accuracy.
Using state of the art Digital Light Processing technology from Texas Instruments®, a series of Voxel data sets is projected from the projector curing the photopolymer into a solid object where the image is projected and consequently producing a highly crisp and detailed accurate part. The continuous layerless Z build on the PerfactoryXede® and PerfactoryXtreme® eliminates the part layering that is visible in other competing layer based Rapid Prototyping technologies.
The PerfactoryXede® and PerfactoryXtreme® create three dimensional models that range from conceptual to the fully functional using many photopolymer based materials which are like ABS, Polypropylene, and Glass filled Nylon parts. Photopolymer materials filled with Aluminum Oxide, Zirconium Oxide, Silicon Oxide, and Paraffin Wax are also available for use on the new Perfactory® machines.
